Every system we build collects data. Very few organisations struggle to collect more — they struggle to turn what they already have into a decision. So we design reporting backwards: start from the decision somebody has to make this week, and build only the numbers that change it.

Questions worth a dashboard

• Schools, coaching institutes and colleges: which students have attendance falling below the threshold, which fees are outstanding and by how long, how results are trending by subject and by teacher.
• Retail: which items sell fastest, which are near expiry, which suppliers deliver late, and what the real margin is after discounts.
• Hospitals and clinics: OPD load by hour and by doctor, average waiting time, pharmacy stock cover, and outstanding claims.
• Finance: receivables ageing, cash position, spend by cost centre, and which approvals are stuck.

Keeping numbers trustworthy

A report loses its audience the first time two screens disagree. We define each figure once, calculate it in one place, and show clearly what period and filters produced it. Where a number is an estimate, we label it as one.

Reporting is built into School Sarthi and MyRollNo, and into our grocery, hospital and finance solutions, and we add custom dashboards and exports to systems we did not originally build.
