Aswath Software is a small, hands-on engineering company. We deliberately keep the team compact: the people who design a system are the people who write it, deploy it and answer the phone when you call about it. There is no layer of account managers between you and the engineers.
How the Team Is Organised
Product Engineering
Builds and runs our own platforms — School Sarthi, MyRollNo, Navdox and our grocery, hospital and finance solutions. This group works in Java and Spring Boot, React and MySQL, and keeps every product on a regular release cycle rather than a big-bang upgrade once a year.
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure
Handles security reviews, hardening, identity and access management, certificates, firewalls and monitoring — for client environments and for the infrastructure our own products run on. The same standards apply to both.
Cloud & DevOps
Owns build pipelines, automated deployments, backups, monitoring and uptime. This is the group that makes a release boring and repeatable, and that gets a system back quickly when something does go wrong.
Client Delivery & Support
Scopes new work, keeps projects on schedule, trains your staff at go-live, and handles support requests under annual maintenance contracts. Support tickets are answered by people who can read the code.
